Smart Fleet Solutions have been awarded the status of ‘Employer of the Year’ as a result of their commitment to employing and progressing the careers of young people from within the local community.
Facilitating a successful apprenticeship scheme in partnership with Martec Training throughout the company, Smart Fleet Solutions’ consistent investment into further education and skills development for local school leavers, made them the obvious choice for the award assessment panel.

Taking on seven new apprentices this year, Sue Bennett, Director of HR at Smart Fleet Solutions comments on the pride that the company takes in the achievements of their trainees:
